A case specialist informed me that my case was already reviewed by a supervisor but it was sent to another place for review. The CS also said that there is no timeframe for this review to be completed. Anyone know or had experience with what this place/department? I'm confused now, I thought that after the supervisor, my case would be approved or get a chekclist.

December 31, 2014 Got Married

USCIS

January 20, 2015 I-130 Mailed, Chi lockbox

January 22, 2015 Priority Date

January 26, 2015 NOA1 notice date, Assigned VSC

February 18, 2015 I-130 Suspended

February 23, 2015 I-130 RFE sent via priority express

February 25, 2015 USPS Delivered RFE

February 26, 2015 USCIS Received RFE and case resume

March 8, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - email notification

March 12, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - Mail

NVC STAGE

March 27, 2015 NVC Received Case (19 days)

April 6, 2015 Case # Assigned (On the phone close to 2 hours)

April 6, 2015 DS-261 Completed

April 7, 2015 Paid AOS Fee

April 7, 2015 Sent in AOS and IV Package

Really? I always say those people over there don't know what they are doing. I also thought that once the case was reviewed , the supervisor would just approve it if u have the necessary document in the file. This is so stupid. When did u request the supervisor review?

I think it was on 5/14. I'm not sure if the CS was lying to me last night or that she did not know what she was talking about. It seems pretty quick for a supervisor review though. Will try to call back later tonight and hopefully someone will give me a better explanation..

Just off the phone with NVC. Long story short, I was lied to yesterday. The girl tonight stated that they still waiting to review my DS-260 form..
