Hi. I just became a member of this forum.

I find this forum is very very helpful :star:

I am Japanese and living in Japan. My fiance is in the States.

I am trying to fill out the form G-325a, and I am stuck in the residence information part.

I am not quite sure what the definition of "residence" is.

Does it mean just the place I physically lived?

I have lived in California for 3 years as a student,

but I think I was not considered as a resident of California but as an alien.

Does anyone have a foreign fiance(e) who studied in the States and go back to their country?

How did you fill out that part?

Also I am not sure what I should put in "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more that one year" section.

It might not be a big deal, but I am worried.

My history is

2000~2002 San Diego

2002~2003 Santa Barbara

2003~Present Japan

:help:
