Hi Everyone!

newbie here.

I filed my mom's petition last june 2014 and got an approval after a month. My problem is, NVC keep rejecting my I-864. They said my 13.a.1 entry is wrong from my ITR. This is the only reason that delays the process. I just hung up with NVC and she said, to put the amount on line 22. So I am looking at the ITR form...where is line 22??? is it the gross income (on the first page?). Earlier today I called NVC and the lady said that I have to put the number in total income per computer. On my original submission...I entered the adjusted total income.

Another thing, I filed with my husband....does he need to filled up I-864 (per advise of the other member)? how will I base my income to the poverty line? we have 2 kids...should I look at family of 4, right?

I am so confused.

Thank you.
