I-130 Approved, How will NVC contact me???

Hi...I am new to this process...I filed for my wife under F2A visa and got approved on March 30 2015...My priority date is Nov 5 2013...

I want to know after how many days NVC contact the petitioner....and how will they contact..Its already 2 weeks and i hear nuthing from NVC..

Will i receive mail from NVC or Email..??? How will NVC have my email if they contact me via email...???

How many days i have to wait for notification from NVC>.//????

Please help me understand this process...
