Hi Visa journey,

I hope someone can answer my question well. The question is not for me but for my sister who is petitioned by the USC parent for immigrant visa and my sister is already married for many years and uscis is aware of it, now my question is when her interview will be called and everything then will her family along with her husband would be also be automatically be eligible to that interview and eventually go to US or is the process different ?

I would appreciate all the comments and please give me a link or something from where you have got the info. Thank You

yes they will. But if your case is still pending you still have a time to add them in to file

Send them marriage certificate and any child bird certificate and they will add them in to file.

thanks sachin1, hmm at the moment uscis only contacted to see my sisters birth certificate and that inquiry only mentions my sister's name.

Do you think we can send the other marriage certificates and children birth certs now with this inquiry even though they haven't asked ?
