Question regarding middle name

When I submitted the paperwork for the K-1 Visa, I filled out all of the forms using my fiancee's complete middle name, which is actually four names total making it a very long middle name. Today, we went to get the marriage certificate where we used her complete middle name. However, when we went to the social security office to sign up for her SSN, her complete middle name would not fit based on the character limitation of their system. We opted to just leave the middle name blank so according to her SSN, it will just be a first and last name.

The question I have is when I submit the I-485, I-131, I-765, etc., should I use her complete middle name or just leave it blank since that's what her SSN card will be?
