Calling NVC Miracle/261's Not processng in timely manner

This morning I called the NVC at 6:59. I got through to an agent on the first call..no extended hold!! Then the wonderful lady with the older voice was able to process my 261 which she said was "stuck" in the system and "that should not be happening. She also said, "I have been here for a long time, and I know how to fix this. The new people do not. Yesterday, I had to fix at least four others." So for those of you who are also "stuck" keep calling the NVC and hope/pray for the wonderful lady with older voice.

My day has been made!!!

The miracle part is getting through to the NVC on the first call and not being put on hold....not the 261, but that part makes me feel pretty awesome!
