Asking me to send I-864 again!!?

After many checklists from NVC to correct I-864 and after the 60 days passed, I called the NVC and said that the I-864 was checked off but a supervisor will check it again and it will take 40 days but after 20 days I got an email asking me to fill out the I-864 form again but I don't know why? Is there anybody who can explain to me this please?

That's what I got in their email:
