Hi, I'm US citizen and trying to file a petition for my divorced son from S.Korea. His ex-wife has a custody for their only son. Do I need to include my ex-grandson on relative information even though my ex-grandson doesn't intend to apply for Green card?

If I have to include it, how do I indicate it on I-130 that my ex-grandson will be applying for green card?

Hi,

You list your grandson on the I-130 as required. It is only for biographical purposes. When it comes time to apply for immigrant visas, only your son will apply. Your grandchild is not obligated to apply.
