K1 London - Next Step Concerns (Packet 3/Interview)

Hi All

I have never received 'Packet 3.' - should I be concerned?

Our application has been at ready at London for quite some time so I have completed the following:

- DS160

- Readiness for Interview

- Medical was completed yesterday

Does anyone think that since I have not received Packet 3 there is going to be complications when receiving Pack 4 (interview letter)

Any help or assurance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there. A couple of VJers never received packet 3 and continued forward without any problems. The only place you really needed it (supposedly) is at the medical, but based on your signature, you had that yesterday.

Thanks! Yeah I went the medical yesterday and they didn't even mention. Said everything was fine and would be sent to embassy this week. I guess I am just nervous about waiting longer than normal especially when we were stuck at TSC for so long.

We received Packet 3 eleven days after our case was listed as 'ready' at the embassy. So there is still a possibility you'll receive it this week.

We are now waiting on Packet 4, and an interview date. Hopefully we and you get something soon!
