We are unable to issue a visa in the above mentioned case because the applicant has been found ineligible under section 221g of the immigration and nationality Act. This section prohibits the issuance of the visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the INA or regulations issued pursuant thereto.

Under revalidated I-129F petition are only valid for four months from the date of the last action by the United States Citizenship Immigration Service or Counsular Office . We are not able to revalidate the above case file and will return to the National Visa Center which will then transfer the case to the USCIS office that orginally processed the subject petition.Because the petition will have expired by the time USCIS office receives it,USCIS will not reopen the case. Please do not contact this embassy or the National Visa Center regarding this case..

THE LETTER THE CONSULAR GAVE ME AFTER I SUBMITTED ALL EVIDENCE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT FROM ME..ONCE I CHECK MY CASE ITS STILL ON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG ..MAYBE THE CONSULAR WAS NOT IN A GOOD MOOD AND JUST MADE THINGS OTHER WAY FOR ME .. ITS REALLY SAD THAT DECISION WAS TAKEN ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MEET DIFFERENT CONSULAR. AM HOPING SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN SO THEY CALL ME .
