My wife and I finished our N400 interviews(separately) yesterday (Feb 10) at Irving,TX center . Easily passed the tests and questions..We asked for same day oath as my wife is pregnant. Both officers were extremely nice and asked us to wait while they check. My wife's file was approved for naturalization and she was offered to take the oath yesterday, however, my approval seems to have run a hitch.

My IO said "she is running into some issues in approving my case and she cannot go into details at the moment". She said she is working with the supervisor to workaround and they may ask me to go do "something" if that does not work .. All said, she asked me to wait for a letter for further instructions. My wife did not take the oath yesterday since we both wanted to take the oath together, so they updated her file accordingly.

To me , my case is a open and shut case ( student visa->H1B->Employment based Greencard-> citizenship) with no break in status or extending stay outside US .. Further there were no extra unique delays in any of my previous immigration filings .. no extra name check etc.

Has anyone run into similar situation or any ideas what additional information is typically requested post interview ?
