Here's a link to post your comments on the proposed fee increases by USCIS:

In the search box, type USCIS, when the results load, the first entry is the fee proposal. Select the HTML version, scroll down and you will see the link for comments. This is the whole enchalada, I spent a long time reading lots of the details. It's pretty complex, but not that hard to understand.

I urge everyone to comment. Those of us facing AOS in the next 2-3 years will be socked with nearly a $1000 fee, plus biometrics, physicals, etc.....

Aiwen: Nanning, China

Met Online: August 2006

Emails every day

Exchanged physical letters and photos early October 2006 via DHL

First Phone Call: November 3, 2006

First Visit: December 1-18, 2006 for 18 golden days! We are both very excited!

Depart Nashville, TN for China: November 30,2006 7 AM

Arrive Nanning, China: December 1, 2006 11 PM

December 5, 2006: I proposed, she said Yes!!! We are engaged!

December 16-18, 2006: Aiwen's family arrives in Nanning to meet me! I pass inspection! LOL

Depart Nanning, China: December 18, 2006 arrive Nashville, TN 11 PM.

Returned to the USA December 18.

Mailed Petition to TSC: January 8,2007--Opened the first case of Cheetos.

Petition Received TSC: January 9,2007--signed for by M.S. Now I wait for NOA 1.

Petition Received CSC: January 10, 2007

NOA1 Received via snail mail January 22, 2007--Notice Date January 17, 2007.

"Touched": January 23, 2007

Waiting.......grmmnpf....Next trip to China May 6-May 15--Zhaoqing, 2 hrs from GUZ...yes I plan to go to ACH....

April 4, 2007 "Touched" status unchanged

April 4, 2007 NOA2 email notification...NOW the status is changed....

July 4, 2007 P3 Received

July 5, 2007 P3 Sent back to GUZ
