Hello VJ family please help!!!!

I have just received NOA2 approval and start preparing the documents for K-1 visa. BAMM!!! Just realised that I submitted a form i-129f/g-235a and did not include my previous names.

I was born in Thailand, then moved to Australia when i was 20yrs old, then became an Australian citizen. The problem is that my name had changed when I was 18 yrs old back in Thailand, during the time in Australia my passport, my work and every docs are under my recent name never used previous name ever since. So when my fiance and i filled out both forms i mistaken left out my previous name or I was stupid enough to forgot my previous name.

- Question 1. what should I do in this case? Should I call USCIS to make amendment after they approved or just fill out the DS-230 including the previous name?

- Question 2. when I request Australia police cert do I need to include my previous name in Thailand (which I never used in Australia)?

Greatly appreciated if anyone could let me know how can i go about it.

Cheers!!!
