Hi.

This is probably a dumb question (but hey isn't that why we're all here? =)) but the question about "Have you ever been convicted by a court of law?"

I can't leave this blank right?

I'm pretty sure I should be checking No for all of these? (have no criminal record)

I guess the part about the military tribunal threw me off.

Apologies for the dumb question.

You're right, you should be checking 'no' for all of them. I've seen a couple RFEs for leaving it blank in the big thread here.

My SO had just mailed out ours, when I realized that we completely overlooked that exact question...So I had to ask him to drive back and ask the lady at the mail desk to let him make a change.
