I-864 - Beneficiary income

Hi all,

We are filling out our I-864's and what not - finally our petition is being upgraded to an Ir1 from F2A!!

My wife if the petitioner, I am the beneficiary.

My wife is not working at the moment, a full time online student (actually living with me, so its making things A LOT easier ) - we do have a joint sponsor who is great and we have all their details. But we still need to fill out an I-864 for my wife the petitioner even though her income is zero - we are on part 6 q 10 - annual household income - considering I am part of the household - can we use my income (the beneficiary) I am working over here at the moment, I know the NVC/USCIS wont accept it as income to help me getting over there, but do I need to put my income in - considering I am her husband and part of the household?

Also the joint sponsor in 2013 earned like 12k but the other years more than enough, if you add the last 3 years and divide by three it comfortably exceeds the 125% of the poverty guideline.

Also as far as tax transcripts go, what years do we need them for I am not sure how it works in the states, for the joint sponsor we have 13, 12 and 11 - do we need 2014 or have they not been published yet?

The joint sponsor filled out the AOS in June I think - thats ok right? or has too much time passed?

Any help you could provide would be wonderful - thank you so so much - a lot of questions I know, we just want to get it right first time, I have searched through the forums and can't really find any difinitive answers, apologies if I missed them.
