Oy!! this question gives me a stomach ache and a headache.

I've come up with all the addresses, however, I can remember some of the years, and, some of the months, but really, the day??!! I am 56 yrs old, fcol. I have to go back 40 years? I've gone back to Revenue Canada, they've purged their records to the last 10 years, I went to my HR Dept, same things, purged, went to Motor Vehicles, same info, went to RBC, guess what, yep, you got it, they've purged their records.

So, what do I do for the dates and the months that I can't remember?? Do I call NVC Customer Service and ask? Do I put in the last day of a month that I can remember because most apartments people move at the end of the month, or, do I write on a sheet of paper that I've done the best that I possibly can with most of the addresses but there are just some dates and months that I cannot recall and have no records to look back to.

Admins, and those who are wise and full of knowledge on this one, help!!

And, as suggested before, I did try relaxing with not coffee but took my time to remember and go back in time, but, cannot recall dates. Such a silly thing to ask : / I lived in 10 different places since 16 yrs of age.

Stop stressing. I was also in my 50s when I filled that out, and also had 10+ places to list. I only listed the city, the year, and then (mostly) guessed at the month. No street addresses, (except for the present one, and maybe the one before). Did not approach Revenue Canada, HR or DMV to try to find out, either. it all worked out fine. If it makes you feel better, add a little note stating that, given the fact that you need to go back to the stone age for the info, you are unable to find out/remember exact dates/addresses.

haha, ok, ok...........I'll quit stressing, as if there isn't enough tzuris in this world!! I know the addresses and the years, and a couple of dates. I wondered if it was a trick question and if a person answered them all they would be questioned as to how they could remember all of that!! Ah well. Still waiting for my NOA2 with regards to my I-130, so, will have about 5 months to go before I have to fill out the DS-260.

Thanks ricnally :)
