Essentially, yes. The page itself may have been updated later than that, but the latest data they've published is from November.

No, It was last updated 01/20/15 and shows the last case completed on either April or May of 2014.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingtimesdisplay.do

The page updated date doesn't mean anything, it's the "as at" date in the table that's important. They're still displaying data from 11/30.

2013 7/15 I-129F sent, 7/18 received Dallas lockbox, 7/22 NOA1, 10/22 NOA2, 11/15 NVC Case Created, 11/20 NVC Shipped, 11/25 Consulate received, 11/28 Packet 3 received/returned, 11/29 Medical, 12/9 Packet 4 received

2014 1/9 Interview - Approved, 1/15 CEAC - Issued, 1/17 Visa in hand, 2/5 POE: LAX, 4/4 Married!, 4/8 AOS/EAD/AP filed, 4/14 NOA1, 5/7 Walk-in biometrics, 5/19 EAD/AP approved (expedited), 5/22 EAD/AP mailed, 5/23 EAD/AP received, 7/29 Interview waiver letter

2015 4/13 AOS approved (no interview), 4/22 Green card received

2017 1/17 I-751 ROC filed (VSC), 1/23 NOA, 2/28 Biometrics

2018 1/31 ROC approved

2020 1/14 N400 filed

So if I filed May 19th for AOS it means that they'll be processing my request soon? How does that work if I already had an interview and was told by the interviewer the application was approved?

If you've already had your interview, these processing times are kind of irrelevant. It indicates when they would have completed initial processing on your case and scheduled your interview.

Has your application not been approved?

I haven't received a notice or anything in the mail :/ We had our interview December 4th, the lady said it was approved, she said my husband needed a varicella vaccine (it's not given in his home country) and that we had to send a form that she gave us.. we did it the same day and when we tracked it, it arrived December 8th.

But we haven't heard anything since then, I thought maybe with the holidays in between it could be 1 or 2 weeks late but it's been 2 months and I'm not sure what I should do.

The last receipt I got that I can track says:

On November 2, 2014, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number MSC1491122191. Your interview is on December 4, 2014. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your interview notice by December 2, 2014, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

But we haven't received anything since

Following your interview and approval, you'd ordinarily receive your green card and a welcome letter in the mail. There'd be no further receipt or anything like that.

You might be in some sort of administrative processing, or perhaps it is just held up by the vaccine.

I'd call USCIS.

You're correct, I misread it bleary eyed from graveyard shift.

...other than it says when they last updated their webpage...correct.
