So we filed today at the USCIS here in Santo Domingo. FINALLY! lol. I just want to thank everybody for all of your posts it def has helped me a whole lot. SO let me tell you how it went for those thinking about filing soon.

We got to the embassy at 7am, we lined up where it says (OTHER SERVICES). At 8am a lady that works there asked us what we needed i told her and she gave me a ticket with #5 on it and advised me to go to the 2nd floor window 14. Once they called our number, we got there we gave the guy the package, he asked me what am i doing here in santo domingo  if im working and if i have my employer's contract i said yes its in the package.he asked us how we met, when we met, for how long we were in a relationship before we decided to get married. He also asked us for pictures and he asked if i needed them I told him no it's okay, he asked me if i wanted him to add it to the package i said yes, he said "good so like that the person that will review your package will not request for pictures later on". He asked for both our passports and my naturalization certificate (so take everything guys!!!) he checked it and gave it back to us. We went to pay to window #1 went back to him he advised us that within 90 days we should receive a response and if we don't receive a reponse and it has been more than 30 days then we can go back there and ask. he told us that he understand that the mail system here is not as quick as it should be (DUHHHH lol). We were out by 945am. Now it's time to WAIT :)
