it took me 46 days to get my oath letter. my oath a week later. You just have to wait. You can always apply for a passport at a passport center with proof of travel. They can make your passport same day.

that's good for you. its been 47 days and it is still not reviewed by or not decided by a supervisor after recommended approval. so getting oath letter or ceremony is still out of the question.

i hope the supervisor saw the infopass letter i did yesterday

thanks and I did that, sent request to my US senator3 days ago, received a response today by mail saying they have sent request to USCIS for an answer on my case.

From what i heared once it passes 6 weeks, than it can drag on for ever someitmes mroe than 120 days. that's why I did an infopass and contacted my senator

just was able to get a sympethetic tier 2 agent after 4 hrs on hold.I explained and he told me he would put a request to have my case looked at by the chicago USCIS office. Asked me for email and he told me the chicago USCIS office would respond to my email.

He said my case was approved on DEC 11th and that's all he sees he says. But I know that approval is meaningless as it is not reveiwed or decided by a supervisor.
