The ine that process the annotated narriage contract is the main office (civil registration department) located at time street cor. West edsa. If the annotated marriage contrat is already in their database then you can secure the document at any nso offices

What do you mean by going to the main NSO, aren't all NSO branches offices capable of producing an Annotated Marriage certificate for the recipient?

Yeah any Nso office can give you the annotated but only the Main NSO have the right to authenticate the annotation...since im already there why not apply automatic to my annotated marriage certificate...

My fiance will go to the nearest NSO branch first to follow-up with her AMC. Manila is quite far from where she lives but if she encounters any difficult issues in obtaining her AMC from another NSO branch and if certain circumstances necessitate going to Manila, then a trip to Manila would be the last resort.

Thats what happened to my friend she lives in cagayan de oro the court told her to go to their registrar and the registrar instructed her to mail the annulment docs...she did that like december..she waited til march..then that time im in the midst of searching everyhing how to process the AMC i read something bout it..i called her then automatic she flew to manila...just one day she got.her AMC... Remember it wont take soo long..i lived in luzon and my other friend who also went to annulment lived also in luzon taught me how to do that...give it one month... Then if theres no mail receive go to manila.
