According to the K1 Interview Preparation instructions from the U.S. embassy with respect to "Proof of termination of a prior marriage" it states the following:

"If applicable, official documents (divorce decree, annulment decree or death certificate, etc.) that prove all prior marriages contracted by you and the petitioner have been legally terminated prior to the filing of the petition must be submitted".

In the case of a k1 applicant whom has obtained an ANULLMENT. is the anullment document alone, sufficient enough as proof of termination of a prior marriage or must it be accompanied with other anullment related documents such as the CERTIFICATE OF FINALITY, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, and an ANNOTATED MARRIAGE CONTRACT?

Was the divorce in USA or somewhere else? In the USA, divorce and annulment are two separate processes. For example, we showed my divorce decree at our K1 USEM interview. That divorce was a USA marriage and divorce in the USA. The CO was satisfied with that. Now, separate than that legal process, I am working with my Catholic Church for the annulment. So for a USA annulment the USEM doesn't care about that.

I don't know about all the Phil annulment rules.
