I filed 2011 and 2012 tax married but seperated and 2013 married but jointly. 2011 and 2012 are easy. I can just use my tax transcript number. However, the IRS transcript is combined with my husband. I put the W2 Gross Pay and of course they don't like that number. So, my question is am I able to use I864EZ and if yes, what would be the adjusted gross income on W-2?

If not working, I will have to file one I864 with my husband to sponsor both my parents, right? Do we need all his financial info like paystub, etc etc?
