Bringing Husband and Children Together

I will be filing for my husband and 3 stepchildren at the same time. I know at the NVC stage I will submit my husband's unabridged birth certificate. For the children, are their unabridged birth certificates submitted during the USCIS stage or the NVC stage? Getting their unabridged birth certificates has been an arduous task. If I could start the process without them that would be great and prayerfully we'd have them by the NVC stage.

I'm not sure when the unabridged birth certificate are submitted for the kids. I did DCF so I am not sure how things work with the NVC. But, if Home Affairs is taking to long you might want to consider paying a company to help you.
