I 864 question

Hoping to get some answers here. For the sponsorship:

  1. How are assets reviewed for the poverty guidelines - is it a 1-1 ratio?
  2. Will they also accept the income of the spouse that is the non-us citizen if the income is garanteed to stay after the green card comes through ( I have a US based job - for at least another 2.5 years)
  3. When they talk about the pverty guidelines are those figures your income after or before taxes?
  4. My husband makes enough money to meet the guidelines however he is on a contractor position of 6 months - so I want to give them all our finances as to show that we have enough to get approved. Also his contract will get extended for sure, but we can't wait that long to start applying.

Thank you for any insight you can give.
