I-134 - sponsor retired

My mom is sponsoring my fiance, and she is retired from the US Postal Service. For her occupation, do I just put "Retired" and address of the Postal service where she worked?

Do we need some kind of letter from the postal service or another agency conforming that she is retired and receives X amount of money on her pension? Or are her Tax returns good enough to prove the amounts coming in?

Finally, under question 11, does she check Intend and then just put "3 years room/board" and such? In another thread it was suggested to put "N/A ( K1 visa process submitted by fiancee for permanent residence )" but she isn't the one who submitted the petition and she isn't the one marrying him.

Silly question I guess, but if we say that she will help provide room and board for 3 years then she is basically saying she is financially responsible, not that (eek) we have to live with her, right? We're talking the monetary equivalent of room and board, not literally room and board, right? ;) I was just having some waking nightmares concerning that thought  .

For her relationship to him I put "Future mother in law."

Thanks again:)
