CEAC states Issued, only one Passport ready for collection?

Hello all

Find myself in a bit of a oddity,

Having waited for CEAC to change status from Ready to Issued (this being done on the 11/12/14) I received an email to state that my wife's' passport was ready for collection at our local DX depot. (this email arrived on the 15/12/14) It is now 3 days later.

The bizarre thing is we all (my two children and I ) attended the interview at the same time.

I contacted DX, via email, to enquire if all our passports were included in the same package, However they stated that only my wife's passport is available to collect.

Is this normal ?

Surely it would make sense to send all the items (all the family passports) in one go, especially as CEAC updated the 'issued' status on the same day for all of us.

Anyone else have any experience of this

FYI

Collected the wife's passport today. For some reason all the passports and sealed envelopes were bundled in the same package, this despite receiving a email reading that only my wife's passport was ready ??

Anyway this forum has been great source of information throughout my journey

Kindest regards all
