DS-260 problem

Hello everyone! Iam on the process of petitioning my parents, but im having problem in filling Ds-260 online. I have been doing his for almost 2 weeks but I cant get through to submit it. It says that the passport I entered did not match from the passport I enter previously. I review it many times, over and over again but I did not see anything that ask me to enter the passport number except when you sign it and submit electronically. Is anybody having the same problem? Please help I need this to submit so bad. Any comment, suggestions is very much appreciated. Thank you!
