DCF Moscow questions

Hello,

I got married yesterday (yay!) which was a Saturday and on Monday we would like to apply for DCF here in moscow. Is it too soon to apply? We have all of our papers ready, we've been preparing them for awhile now. I'm just not sure of the immigration officer could deny our application because we just got married. We've been together for over a year and 4 months and we've known each other for 2 years and we have all the proof that the relationship is real, I'm just curious if anyone here has had a similiar experience?

Also we have gotten our marriage certificated translated but do we need to get it apostilled for our application tomorrow?

Thanks!

Are you eligible for DCF? Have you been in Russia for at least 6 months on a visa that is not a tourist visa?

I would call on Monday and see if you need to schedule an appt. (we did) you can always go one day later on Tuesday once you have confirmation that an appt is not need.

And no it would not be to early to go an file.

I'm not sure about the apostilled marriage certificate I didn't need one for South Africa, but I don't know if you would need one.
