I-864

So I just realized that on Form I864 and 864a, I marked both options that say "I have filed federal tax return for each of the three most recent years. I have attached the required photocopy of transcript of my federal tax return for only the most recent tax year."

And

"I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my federal tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years. "

I'm wondering if we were to choose only one of the options? Because I marked on both and sent in 2013 tax returns and 2012,2011 transcripts for my joint sponsors.

And also 2009 tax returns, 2008 & 2007 transcripts for myself, as I've been unemployed since 2009.

Just wondering if this will be an issue?
