Hello,

I am 15 years old and my father is a US Citizen. We both live in the Netherlands. My father doesn't met the physically present requirement (wich is 5 years in the US), but my grandfather is living in the US and has lived there for 40 years. So, I thought it would be the best option to fill a N-600k form.

One of the requirements for the N-600K is that I have to reside outside the US in the legal and phyisical custody of my father. My parents don't live together, and I live with my mother. Every week I go for 2/3 days to my father. My parents have joint custody. Do they accept this or do I have to live with my father 7 days a week with full custody?

I know I have to travel to the US for an interview and for taking the oath but do I have to pass US History and English tests at the interview?

Thank you.
