Hello. I am working on filling out the G-325(a) form to accompany an I-129F for my British fiancee. I have a question about the residence section of the G-325(a). We lived and taught together for one year in Myanmar. Due to Myanmar visa requirements, we stayed there on 3-month business visas and left every three months for brief visa renewal trips to Bangkok. My fiancee has already tried to get a criminal background check from the Myanmar Embassy in London but they won't give it to him because he was not technically a resident of the country. Should we list Myanmar under the residence section of the G-325(a) form? They will have copies of pages of our passport documenting all the times we left and entered Myanmar. It seems like our living in Myanmar together is important evidence of a "real relationship" but I don't want to have trouble later in the process when he can't get a criminal background check from Myanmar. Thanks in advance for any insight!

Always tell and list the truth.

Criminal record is a small issue comparing to lying. You can explain why you couldn't get a criminal record later once you get approved.
