Yes, you may have to get a new medical done, which entails everything, if you didn't have a full one done in June. You may not have to get all of the vaccines again because you had them done already and have proof of that so the civil surgeon has to check of that you are immune. If you are not immune, then you would need new shots.

You also have to send the joint sponsor's affidavit with supporting docs, they're not asking for an updated one for your spouse, but you should still send a new one because you have a new child and he has different income now.

He has to include the affidavit that you are still married and living together with updated evidence. So a copy of your new baby's BC and updated bona fide evidence.
