Hello Experts

I need some immediate help. Thank you

My Current employer has filed for h1b 7th year extension as perm pending for more than 365 days. Assuming that the petition gets approved, my visa will get extended till Sept 2016. I got an offer from another employer for a similar role. They are ready to take over the visa.

Will the 1 year H1b extension stay valid if I move to another employer? Can I work with them till September 2016 irrespective of the decision of the current perm?

Perm PD-Sept 2013

Audit response-May 2014

H1b current validity-Sept 2015

i94 expires on-April 2015

Thank You
