Ansar-ut-Tawheed (AuT), an ultra-religious offshoot of outlawed Indian Mujahideen (IM), has pledged allegiance to the terrorist group Islamic State (IS) and its self-styled caliph Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi threatening major attacks in India.

...

It is the fourth group in Southeast Asia after Abu Sayyaf group of Philippines, Jamaah Islamiyyah of Indonesia and Al-Tawheed Batallion of Afghanistan-Pakistan region, to have given allegiance to the IS.
