medical exam advice- need advice for very complex situation

Hello all

where to start...im in very complicated situation

it is so difficult to deside what to do as im in terrible situation. advice will be neeeded

I come from one undeveloped country where everyone can do you crimes and go unpunished. unfortunately, it happened to me.

something horrible happened to me several years ago , soon after it i started to have one health issue (medical issue ) - temorary back then . it was horrible as i did not know what i had then. and , doctors here, instead of helping me with that medical issue that appeared back then , tried to worsen it and put me in mental instutution on force after one day as i passed out from the pills that doctor gave me.

so for that passing out from the pills , they instead of trying to help me to disclver what was it and why, they hid it and put me in mental instutution. i did not have any minetal issues , i was only stressed. but in this place where i am, it happens often and they like to do it even if it is without reason.

truth is - even back then i was sane ( if i was stressed it did not mean i was mentally ill althouig they would like it - to get a customer ). i was there for several days ( in that so called hospital/institution- without reason) . it is huge misunderstanding and big crime as there was no any reason to do something like that plus being there they tried to worsen all in my health in addition

truth is - i never was ill , even back then. and , thankfully, now i am not either - i dont have any illness.

but what to do with this? should i tell it? if it was truth that i was mentally ill ( they wrote the worst about me in the paper they gave me after releasing) i would admit it - but i claim it was not truth ever. they just liked to have customer and here , unfortunaltely, they can do it without being punished for it ( undeveloped country with lot of bad things). it is so difficult to go thrhouh it. to talk about it at the exam.....so complicated....especially as they wrote worst things about me ( like im serioulsy mentally ill and i did nothing wrong ever so that can be said about me ). if i show it, it will cause shock to that one who reads it.

if dont tell ( it is not truth) - i dont want it looks like i hide something

i cant go through it too much again it is complex and awful thing. i got over it and it is horrible to get back in past about it and talk about it again,

at the place where i am i dont think someone would stand up for me and write thr truth , especially those ones who like to play with people's head state

please help....i need advice really
