Newbie with a question

The boyfriend and I got engaged and are in the process of getting the K1 application sent in. I live in the US and he is Dubai (an Indian national). Should I put his address on the I-129F as his Dubai address or his family address in India (for question 29 on the application-fiance's address abroad). Would a PO Box be enough as he is going to be moving in Dubai in the next couple of months?

We are very excited to start the process and want to eliminate anything that could be a delay in the process.
