I just saw on the visa bulletin web page that fees are going to be increased starting Sept 12. people who already paid their visa before that day but get their interview on or after december 12 will be require to pay the difference. I paid 230.00 if I recall correctly and the new fee is 325 since is a preference category. does that mean I'll have to pay an extra 95 dollars if I don't get an interview by Dec 11?
