This question is not for me but for my brother-in-law who filed I-130 for his parents in the Philippines

Situation: Petitioner > naturalized USC

> currently no work ( since he has medical issues that hinder him from doing his hospital work )

> Wife is an LPR but is working as a nurse, and will be his joint-sponsor

Question: 1. Since his wife is his joint-sponsor, what is the right for for his LPR wife to fill out? Is it I-864 or I-864 A? In my own understanding it will be I-864. Correct me if I am wrong.

2. They forgot to print out the receipt of the AoS payment they paid. Is there a way to get that?

3. About the Tax Transcript, since their filing status is MFJ, they can just attach 1 tax transcript for both of their I-864 form?

4. For the poverty level guideline, will the beneficiary count as a member of household? ( he is petitioning his mom & Dad )

Thank you!
