When i filled my 1st k1 10 years ago as the petitioner i included name change paperwork not knowing if it was important or not that was for when i was 12 years old.i was 28 at my 1st petition. Now im 38 divorced filing another k1 but i forgot to put the name change info from when i changed my name @12 do you think this could trigger an rfe...

It certainly could result in a RFE, and subsequent processing delay, if the name on your birth cert. is different than the name that you currently use as a result of a name change. Please refer to page 6 of the Form I-129F instructions for details:

all docs have my current name as it is now birth cert. id passport its just when i was 12 i had a legal name change so the i129f ask if i used any other names so i did put my birth name. as i stated before on my prev petition i included the legal name change docs but today 10 years again doing another k1 i forgot to put the lagal name change form when i was 12 years old.
