This is how these petitions should be handle. No one and I repeat no one should have to wait to be with their loved one for 10 months to over a year. CSC proved that these petitions can be complete

for those who weren't transfered - they didn't lose your visa packet. I wasn't transfered either, for some reason there's just a handful of us who weren't moved to CSC ... maybe they already started our case? I don't know. I'm still trying to be optimistic. And I am very happy for everyone being approved!! This is fantastic!!!

10/03/2015 Received Green Card in the mail!!!

Hi Congratsssss to all the approvals YaaaaY !!

I'm hoping to see mine soon too.

I have a question if someone would know the answer my fiancé is yemeni born , lives and works in Saudi Arabia would he have to travel to yemen for the interview or the interview is in country of birth cause he's only been to yemen twice his whole life ?

One more thing is there anything he can prepare for the interview ? Documents paper stuff ? What is it if yes?
