case complete but nvc did not update in system

Hi all.

Does this happened to anyone here in vj?

My wife was my sponser.we applied under f2a category but 2 months ago my wife became citizen and request for upgrade.on 29 july our case was upgraded to IR1.our pd is june 2012 and our case was completed on april 2014 before the upgrade.now the problem is last week I called nvc for the interview. But they say its not schedule as our case is not complete. I was shocked to here that.then they checked it and said its complete but its not updated in there system. They have sent this issue to there supervisor. And now I dont know what to do.and when can I expect interview to be scheduled.
