Just got my stepdaughters confirmation that I paid the 88 dollar AOS fee, and the bar-coded cover sheet is in the email, BUT the cover letter from NVC says to send it to 'ATTN: CMR', and the bar-coded sheet says to send it to 'ATTN: DR'..!!!!

Those are different 'ATTENTIONS' so what do you guys think?

Both the cover letter AND the bar-coded cover sheet arrived in the same email confirmation of payment from the NVC.

Ours is exactly the same. I put ATTN: DR on the cover letter, but on the ENVELOPE I put ATTN: CMR since that is the mailing address they specified. My reasoning is that possibly once recieved there is a different department or area that reviews the documents inside the envelope. I am not an expert, just my own judgment on this same matter. Our AOS was received this past Thursday and we are not waiting on our IV Fee Bill and access to the DS-260.

Hope this helps and best of luck to you!
