Hi,

My husband called the NVC and got the Case number and Invoice Id Number but the agent told him to wait for the instruction that will be sent to him in email. I am confused. Can we proceed and submit the DS-261 and pay the AOS fee since we already have the case number and Invoice Id number. Thank you. We are processing CR1.

Go to this site http://ceac.state.gov/ and log in using your case number and invoice, if it's available then just do it no need to wait for email about the instruction.

hello.congrats you already got your case #.you can try it online if its available then you can do it already i guess..ours was routed to nvc june 26.2014 but till now we still dont have the case number huhu ;( goodluck
