My fiance here on B1/B2 from Ukraine we want to marry and her stay here... Help please...

Timeline

Her visa expires in November. If we were to marry here and wish her to stay here without returning to Ukraine is it legally possible? We had planned on marrying before all the turmoil in Ukraine and we definitely do not want her to return in the current conditions there.

Where do we start?

Thanks in advance we are desperately trying to figure this out with the ability to get married immediately. In other words we prefer to not do a K-1.

Her: Ukraine

Me: USC

Met online: 07/2013

Met in person- Ukraine: 11/2013

We were not serious but just friends.

She visited 05/2014

Engaged 07/2014

Married 08/2014

Mailed I-130, I-485, I-765, G-1145: 11/22/2014

Electronic text/email NOA1 with 3 receipt numbers: 12/02/2014

Get married and do AOS. She won't have to return home but she won't be able to leave the country for at least 4-6 months.
