Need help with N-400

Hi Everyone,

I'm filling out an application of N-400 based on 3 years of marriage. I had few question regarding the new application. There are several question which doesn't apply to me do I keep those questions blanks or should I go ahead and write NONE or N/A especially for page 10 Part 9 Information about your marital history where it ask me if I have been previously married before. Since it doesn't apply to me can I go ahead and leave it blank. Also, do I have to send in our bank statements again or can I just leave it out? I would greatly appreciate all the help which I can get on this. I don't want to delay the process just because my application is not properly filled up.

You should write N/A for questions that do not apply to you. Do not leave anything blank. The only things that you need to send are

1. Front and back copies of Perm Res Card

2. Two Passport Photographs

3. Filing Fee $595 + Biometric Fee $85

You should write N/A for questions that do not apply to you. Do not leave anything blank. The only things that you need to send are

1. Front and back copies of Perm Res Card

2. Two Passport Photographs

3. Filing Fee $595 + Biometric Fee $85

Actually, I was wrong. Since you are applying for naturalization on the basis of marriage to a US Citizen you need to include the following, too:

1. Evidence of your spouse being a US citizen - birth certificate or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship or copies of inside of the front cover and signature page of US passport.

2. Your current birth certificate

3. Documents referring to you and your spouse - joint bank statements, joint lease/mortgages, birth certificate of children

4. IRS issued tax transcripts for last 3 years.
