Form I-751 - Question Regarding In Care of Name

I am finishing up completing the I-751 for my wife and on the form in the address section, it lists "In Care of Name", am I supposed to leave this blank or do I put my name there? Appreciate it if someone can answer this.

"In care of <name>" only applies if the address you're using is not your address, but someone else's.

For example, my address is:

Jane Doe

123 Smith Lane,

12345 USA

But if I'm using my parents' address for USDHS to send things to:

Jane Doe

c/o Mom Doe (this is the "in care of" line, c/o is "care of")

456 Nowhere,

56789 USA

So if you're using your own permanent address, you don't need to fill that part in.
