Question about Bank Statement and Income prove

My I-129 form is filled out by some office in Vietnam . They sent the package over here and ask me to send my bank statement and prove of income,employment along with the I-129 form . Is that a correct way? from what I have read is that we only provide those when they sent the NOA2 or bring to the interview or something like that .

P.s The correct way is to send the I-129 form, G325 at once . any other form will be sent later. Am I right ?

Income info is required AFTER approval (NOA2). It is required at the Interview with submission of I-134 and proof of income. If your income is enough to meet the Poverty guidelines, bank statements are not needed at all.
