Hi,

I am little bit confused,

My wife has US citizenship and we married more than 2 years.

She is living abroad more since her childhood.

we already planned to move to US and our consultant asked us to fill and sign form G325A.

The issue is he asked us to put US address in this form while my wife is not living is US since her childhood.

Please help me to understand what is the best process for going forward, do we need to have US address in this time or we can fill the form with the current address which is not in US.

Many thanks

She needs to fill in the form with her current address where ever that might be. Now, if the benefit she is seeking requires the USC to be LIVING in the US than she will need to move back to the US and establish a residence in the US and then complete the form with her then current address. Always complete any form for the USCIS with the information that is current as of the date you sign it.

Good luck,

Dave
