I posted this under the General Info section but I didn't get any responses. So here it is again:

Hello All, This is my first post so I hope I am doing it correctly. Here is my question. If married to a Filipina who has two young children. Do I file an I-130 for each of them to come to the States? And if yes do I also send fees for each one? And if I should file an I-130 for each do I copy all of the supporting documents three times and attach them to each I-130 or just give them one copy of the supporting documents but three I-130's? I am worried if I don't submit an I-130 for each one then I will have problems with the Adjustment of Status for the kids later. I will also file for a K-3/4 for them all as well once I figure out what to do about the I-130's. You probably have answered this many times but I just couldn't find the answers no matter how hard I searched.. Thank you all for any help you can give to me on this subject. Sam

Yes Sam you need to file separate I-130 for your two stepchildren and you need to pay them separately. The supporting documents that you only need is their BC and your MC one each for each of your I-130 application for both of ur two young stepchild. I hope this helps u.
